With hemp milk, banana, hemp protein powder, nut butter, oats, cinnamon, coconut & dates.
Serves one
Ingredients:
- 250ml (1 cup) h.alt hemp milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 2 tablespoon of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut
- ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon ground
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup of ice
- Optional* 1 tsp of honey
Method:
- Add the ingredients to a blender or NutriBullet.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are combined.
- Top with hemp seeds & enjoy.
