Banana Hemp Smoothie

With hemp milk, banana, hemp protein powder, nut butter, oats, cinnamon, coconut & dates.

Serves one

Ingredients:

  • 250ml (1 cup) h.alt hemp milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 tablespoon of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut
  • ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon ground
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup of ice
  • Optional* 1 tsp of honey

Method:

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender or NutriBullet. 
  2. Blend on high until all ingredients are combined. 
  3. Top with hemp seeds & enjoy.
