This smoothie recipe serves one and is perfect to start the day.
- 1.5 tbs of hemp protein (16.5g of protein)
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 3/4 cup of frozen berries (I like to use blueberries)
- 1 tbs of coconut
- 1 tbs of oats
- 1 tbs of peanut butter
- Combine all the ingredients in a NutriBullet.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass.
- Optional* top with blueberries, peanut butter, hemp seeds and paleo seed mix.
