Smoothie Recipe by Gwyneth Paltrow
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of hemp protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- A few pitted dates
- 1 tbs of almond butter
- 1 handful of fresh mint
- 1 cup hemp milk
- Choc chips
Method:
- Add protein powder, banana, dates, almond butter, milk & hemp milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add Choc chips and pulse for a few seconds.
- Serve with fresh mint
