Green Protein Smoothie

With hemp milk, spinach, banana, avocado, hemp protein powder, nut butter & dates.

Serves one.

Ingredients: 

  • 250ml (1 cup) h.alt hemp milk
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • ¼ of a ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup of ice
  • Top with hemp seeds

Method:

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender or NutriBullet. 
  2. Blend on high until all ingredients are combined. 
  3. Top with hemp seeds & enjoy.
