With hemp milk, spinach, banana, avocado, hemp protein powder, nut butter & dates.
Serves one.
Ingredients:
- 250ml (1 cup) h.alt hemp milk
- 1 large handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- ¼ of a ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup of ice
- Top with hemp seeds
Method:
- Add the ingredients to a blender or NutriBullet.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are combined.
- Top with hemp seeds & enjoy.
