These are packed with all the goods and make the perfect snack to accompany your mid morning coffee.
These are packed with all the goods and make the perfect snack to accompany your mid morning coffee.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 2 level teaspoons cacao
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- Optional* chocolate to drizzle over bars.
Method
- Place oats, hazelnuts and slivered almonds on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Then combine in a bowl with the rest of the dry ingredients.
- Melt honey and almond butter in a bowl in the microwave then mix in with the dry ingredients.
- Press mixture firmly into a lined brownie pan and place in the fridge.
- Once set cut into bars and drizzle with your favourite chocolate.
