Choc Hazelnut & Hemp Muesli Bars

Homemade Choc Hazelnut & Hemp Muesli Bars by @_wholesome_living_

These are packed with all the goods and make the perfect snack to accompany your mid morning coffee.


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 2 level teaspoons cacao
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • Optional* chocolate to drizzle over bars.


  1. Place oats, hazelnuts and slivered almonds on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Then combine in a bowl with the rest of the dry ingredients.
  3. Melt honey and almond butter in a bowl in the microwave then mix in with the dry ingredients.
  4. Press mixture firmly into a lined brownie pan and place in the fridge.
  5. Once set cut into bars and drizzle with your favourite chocolate.
